1. Where are you located?

Serene Vitality Massage is located at 1529 York Street in the City Park neighborhood of Denver, CO. Look for the brick building with a red sign that says “Acupuncture.” You will make your way upstairs to the lobby. Please plan to arrive about 5 minutes early so you can settle into the calming wellness space.

At Serene Vitality Massage, we provide several massage therapy options in Denver, CO, designed to support both body and mind:

  • Serene Signature Massage – A fully customized therapeutic session blending Swedish and deep tissue techniques to relieve tension and pain, improve circulation, and provide a full body reset, perfect for anyone living a busy / active lifestyle

    • All Serene Signature massages include the following optional enhancements: heated scraping, cupping, red light microcurrent therapy, and your choice of CBD or Magnesium combine to create the ultimate therapeutic deep tissue experience.

  • Energy Infused Massage – Energy work, sound therapy with Solfeggio tuning forks, a lengthy scalp and face massage, and slow, nurturing deep tissue massage combine to create the ultimate 2 hour relaxation massage, perfect for those experiencing psychosomatic pain, migraines & headaches, and anyone looking to feel grounded, calm, and restored.

3. What is a Human Design Reading and how long is it?

This unique 90 minute Human Design Session can be virtual or in person at 1529 York St.

During it, we will explore your energetic makeup based off your birth information. We will walk through the Human Design system so you have practical beginner level understanding of not only your chart, but family and friends. We will then dive into your unique Human Design bodygraph to uncover your energetic signature, including strengths, decision-making style, and life themes, to help you align with your body’s natural blueprint.

5. What are your hours of operation?

Our current availability is:

  • Monday: 1 pm – 8 pm

  • Wednesday: 1 pm – 8 pm

  • Thursday: 11 am – 6 pm

  • Saturday: 1 pm – 6 pm

  • Sunday: 11 am – 6 pm

7. What does your wellness space feel like?

The massage room is located inside a community wellness center in Denver’s City Park neighborhood. The space is designed for comfort, with soft lighting, calming music, essential oils, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere to help you relax fully.

8. Do your prices include tip or are there any upcharges?

We do not accept tips or gratuities & believe the price you see for a service should be the final price you pay.

There are no upcharges for any enhancements except for Hot Stones ($20)
